Orders ship by Colissimo for standard delivery, or by Chronopost for express, to mainland France, Corsica and the European Union. Allow 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery. This may take longer during busy periods. You can track your parcel from your customer account, under Orders.
Mainland France and Corsica: €7.99 for standard delivery, free on orders of €65 or more, and €10.99 for express. European Union: €22. Charges are shown before you confirm your order.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Email us at contact@artisansdulevant.org, then send the product back in its original packaging; return shipping is at your expense. Your refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving the parcel. Perishable goods and unsealed products cannot be returned. Please report a damaged or missing product within 48 hours.
Yes. Payment by bank card or PayPal goes through a secure, encrypted solution. Artisans du Levant neither collects nor stores any banking details.
