Our Commitments

When a country is scarred by conflict, its entire culture is weakened. Artisans and small producers are then deprived of their land and their tools. Ancestral skills and unique culinary traditions are threatened.

In response to this reality, EliseCare decided to create ARTISANS du LEVANT in 2024, driven by a strong conviction: the finest skills must be preserved, passed on and shared. At stake is the dignity and freedom of entire populations living on these sometimes thousand-year-old lands.

A successful first edition in 2025 with Armenian artisans and producers gave rise to five products.

In 2026 the brand expanded its range, showcasing new terroirs and exceptional skills from Syria, Iraq and Ethiopia, while maintaining its high level of commitment:

Quality and traceability

Offer quality products that meet the expectations of the French and European markets. Support their production while respecting local traditions. Ensure their processing according to current international standards and guarantee their traceability from source to consumer.

Fair pay

Enable producers to live with dignity and ensure lasting, positive independence in their home regions.

Social impact

Reinvest 100% of the profits generated into humanitarian programmes related to education and health.

Economic and cultural preservation

Identify artisans and producers in economically fragile areas. Safeguard and perpetuate traditional skills.

All of Artisans du Levant’s profits are donated to EliseCare to support its work with the communities it accompanies.
