Please read carefully before placing an order
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") apply exclusively to sales made on the website artisansdulevant.org (hereinafter "the Site") to consumers who are adult natural persons acting for non-professional purposes (hereinafter "the Customer").
These GTS do not apply to orders placed through the Professional Access channel, which are governed by separate Professional General Terms of Sale.
ARTISANS DU LEVANT SAS with share capital of 78,900 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 106338601, with registered office at 28 boulevard de Vaugirard 75015 Paris, Intra-Community VAT number FR81106338601 (hereinafter "ADL").
These GTS define the conditions under which the Customer orders, purchases and has delivered the products offered for sale by ADL on the Site. The resale for commercial purposes of products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited, except with the prior written agreement of ADL or subscription to the Professional Access channel.
Validating the order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS. ADL reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable GTS are those in force on the date of the order.
The products offered are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order, subject to available stock. ADL draws the Customer's attention to the fact that its products come from artisanal sourcing with partner producers located in particular in Armenia, Ethiopia, Syria and Iraq, as part of the solidarity commitment carried by ADL (Elise Care). Due to the artisanal nature of the products and to the logistical, climatic, customs-related or geopolitical conditions specific to these production areas, some products may be subject to supply shortages beyond ADL's control.
If an ordered product is unavailable, ADL will contact the Customer as soon as possible in order to agree on: (i) a postponement of delivery, (ii) a replacement with an equivalent product, or (iii) a refund of the product concerned.
Product photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only; minor variations may exist without engaging ADL's liability.

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. ADL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is validated.
The order is validated after acceptance of the GTS and full payment of the price. Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via a secure payment solution or by PayPal. ADL neither collects nor retains any of the Customer's banking data.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email, summarising the content of the order, the price and the chosen delivery terms.
ADL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason (proven payment difficulty, fraudulent order, order not complying with the conditions of these GTS).
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty, except for return costs, which remain at their expense.
This right does not apply:
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies ADL of their decision by email to contact@artisansdulevant.org or via the withdrawal form available on the Site, then returns the product within fourteen (14) days following this notification, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
ADL refunds the sums paid within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned product or proof of its dispatch, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer.

In the event of a duly established non-conformity or hidden defect, ADL will, at the Customer's choice and where possible, replace or refund the product concerned.
Any claim relating to an apparent defect or a missing product must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, to contact@artisansdulevant.org.
ADL's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due to the Customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure. ADL's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned. ADL cannot be held liable for indirect, intangible or unforeseeable damage.

The processing of the Customer's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy of the Site, which forms an integral part of these GTS.
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved with customer service, the consumer Customer may have recourse free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

These GTS are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
