On the high plateaus of Ethiopia, the landscape offers an entirely different treasure. A brief, singular bloom gives rise to a naturally pale, creamy honey, produced in small quantities and intimately tied to its terroir.
Between abundance and rarity, our collection of rare honeys celebrates two unique terroirs where bees, flowers and people write profoundly different stories.
Our honeys are simply filtered, never heated or pasteurised, to best preserve their aromas, texture and the natural expression of their origin.
