The fruits of a generous land
The Ararat plain, the homeland of our artisanal jams, is one of the great orchards of the Caucasus. Apricot, strawberry, peach, plum and pomegranate trees, along with vineyards, follow one another through the seasons, benefiting from an exceptional climate and fertile soil.
It is in the heart of this abundance that we select our fruit. Picked at full ripeness, it is processed in a workshop just a few kilometres from the orchard, using an artisanal method. This proximity preserves all of its freshness and aromatic intensity.
Cooked in small batches in traditional copper cauldrons, with a low-sugar recipe and no additives whatsoever, our jams reveal the full flavourful intensity of the fruit.
