At Artisans du Levant, chocolate is never an end in itself. It becomes the setting for rare flavours, exceptional fruits and precious spices, selected from the heart of the ancient kingdoms of the East. Developed in collaboration with the chocolatiers of Valrhona, our creations pair the excellence of cocoa with ingredients emblematic of the Levant: dried apricots, almonds, pistachios… Each bar tells of a meeting between French chocolate-making expertise and Eastern culinary heritage.
